I was looking at the recipe for the spinach in dough (I forgot the name - I would have to call them spinach hamentachas - I want to try it, but got a bit confused about the dough balls. 5, 10, or 6 .... um ... help?
This recipe calls for 2 dough balls 16 ounces each. It will make about 12 triangles. One 16 ounce dough ball will make 6 triangles. You will need to half the filler ingredients.
It is a real yum. Would you like me to send you a dough ball on the house? I don't put them on my website because sending frozen dough is risky, though we are getting lots of requests.
Hope you are well. Spencer is doing well, but we find that he is definitely impacted by some of the ambient stuff at school, the chalk board cleaner, other kids chewing gum, nail polish that the bus driver was using, etc., etc., It is very tricky business being chemically sensitive in this chemically laden world.
